A man walks into a public building and threatens to blow up himself along with all those around him and the building is likely to be destroyed. A threatening situation. The man has being going through a tough time lately and he has been consumed with all this negative energy. He is in such a state that he wants to drag others down with him since he does not see them as innocent.

Many times in life you will find yourself in a situation/s where you feel overwhelmed. While the source of the negative energy can be identified, you transfer that blame to those with whom you come into contact. Many-a-time a loved one or families become victims of that negativity. It will not always result in physical harm but, and this is more common, it can result in emotional harm. You find fault where it is not necessary. You transfer that negativity to the degree that progress and growth become words with an evil connotation. Negativity is the one thing in life that can mute or harm love. It harms love because no longer do you feel the positive energy, an energy normally associated with love. You are lost in wave after wave of negativity and you are dragging everyone in sight with you into this perilous situation.

There is a way back. It is the same way that could have prevented this nasty dark period. There cannot be a day that passes that you do not say something positive. These positive words include words to your near and dear ones, saying to them “I love you”, “You mean so much to me”. This may be a cry for help from your side but when you hear those words in return, then that is when positive energy is shared with you. The more positivity you practise, the more positivity you will receive. Your immediate environment will be a hub of awesomeness. You will be gentler when someone genuinely slips up. There is a phrase “vicious circle” but, in practising the right attitude, it will turn out to be the “vivacious circle”
