Remember those childhood road trips where you’d keep asking, “Are we there yet?”
That question usually meant two things: you didn’t know where you were going, and you weren’t the one in control.
Now here’s the uncomfortable question—are you still asking that in your life today?
A lot of people are. Not out loud, but in the way they move through their days. Feeling busy, but not really getting anywhere.
Most of the time, it comes down to one of two things:
Either you don’t have a clear goal, or you have one—but it doesn’t truly make sense to you.
And yes, that can feel a bit confronting. But it’s also fixable.
If you don’t have a goal, you can’t expect direction. It’s like stopping to ask for directions without knowing your destination. The first step isn’t speed—it’s clarity.
And if your goal feels shaky, like it could slip away at any moment, then it probably wasn’t built on something solid. Goals chosen on a whim rarely stick. Real progress starts with intention.
Here’s the shift:
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to start leading your own life the same way strong leaders do—by getting the right support.
Good leaders don’t know everything. They ask, learn, and surround themselves with people who help them grow.
That’s where coaching comes in. Not to tell you what to do—but to help you get clear, stay accountable, and actually move forward.
So, where are you right now?
Still asking “Are we there yet?”—or ready to take the wheel?
