A ball being hit hard repeated can be deformed as a result. So many issues can result from this abuse. Of course, the one hitting the ball finds enjoyment, but imagine being the ball. The means to restoration of your health and wellbeing is not by applying patches but rather by applying remedies. While there are many reasons why you may prefer a patch to a remedy, a key reason is the so-called instant relief. However, that instant relief is short-lived until the next intervention which may well be popping another pill. Along the way you develop other ailments and more pills. It is not the cost factor that is really at issue here, but rather, your wellness.
The tension between matters of importance to you causes stress. It is this conflict, with which you struggle, that causes an imbalance in every aspect of your body. Thus, the primary reason is identified, and a cause of action is put in place to remedy the situation. The greater the importance (of something in your life) that is being threatened, the greater the stress. Quality of life is all important. You may think that you can absorb the stress now, but quality of life now is a big determinant of quality of life later on in life. This is what needs to be considered when assessing the appropriate action in dealing with stress and stressful situations.
