You stop reading insightful articles because you have not been trained to be insightful. And at this point you will stop reading this short note too. Now that I have the attention of only those who read, ponder, and reflect, it is you who still seek growth and development.
Life is about eating, exercising, praying, studying and working. This all is held together in a social and economic system with relationships as the foundation. Relationship at home includes relationships with siblings, parents, spouses, extended family and friends. Then there are relationships with teachers, colleagues, service providers and retailers. You have been given an intellect and the ability to reason. Of course, people differ based, amongst others, on their personalities, education and background. It is important not to confuse education and qualification. Your completeness is in how you can navigate through life in its various segments, from relationships to knowledge and skill level, to personal development and your overall wellbeing. Success is a holistic approach and therein lies happiness and satisfaction. There is no hollowness in such an approach.
Every aspect of your life needs attention, but it is in how you appropriate time and resources to it. If learning is not part of who you are, then you will have missed an opportunity to be a better version of yourself. If praising others is not part of who you are, then you will have missed an opportunity for upliftment and dented their confidence. If being loving and caring is not part of who you are, then you missed the opportunity to be an oasis and rather inclining to be a barren desert. If truth and justice is not what runs through your veins, then you will attract much dishonesty, injustice, and corruption. There is no thread in your life that cannot be unravelled and tested. Many people have regular medical check-ups and yet, that is but one aspect of your life. Let’s do a full assessment.
