The old adage that “what you put in is what you get out”, or “garbage in, garbage out”. If the data being input is nonsense, then the result is nonsense. The most relevant statement concerning your body is that you are what you eat, for the most part anyway. What you put into your body is so important and impacts your health.
Holistically, what you listen to most, will impact you. What you watch most, will influence you. And then, the all important physical manifestation of a healthy or ailing body, is a result of what you ingested or injected into your body. A fit and healthy body makes it easier for the mind to function when it is not preoccupied with pain and suffering of the physical body. Your body is designed to digest natural healthy food. You consume medications to remedy ailments caused by incorrect eating habits which further exacerbates your condition because that medication too is not natural. Your quality of life suffers because of your mindset which is influenced by what you see/watch and hear and the consequent unhealthy eating habits. Change starts with your mindset and then the follow through to get the body healthy. Love yourself enough to put that which is beneficial into your body and not the deception of over-indulging in that which causes harm. Refined sugar is not great but do not fool yourself into thinking that artificial sweeteners are any better, but is, in fact, worse. The answer is simple that artificial is not natural and natural is the better option. In fact, why even compare artificial with natural when it is a no-brainer that natural is what the body is designed to ingest. You are probably in need of a good detoxification, and it is best to speak to those who are trained, to assist you.
A healthy body leads to a healthy mind, but the mind will need to kick it all off by changing the mindset. You may want to blame age for some of your ailments but it is very likely that years of consuming “junk” food lead to your ailments and not age of itself. Be the change. Be healthy. Be the hero.
