The eye sees and the heart yearns, and if it is food, the stomach grumbles. It is the mind that manages logic and good sense. Of course, the mind itself must be trained but the greater the desire, the more effort the mind will exert in plotting the way. The journey is powered by the heart, the strong desire, and the plan and action is the result of brain power. The mind works much easier when the body is physically in a reasonable shape of fitness.
The holistic approach to life will include the necessary spirituality, the guiding lamp. Overall, goals are achieved better when “me, myself and I” work together. You will notice that in training or courses, there is a program. This, having a program, will apply to all aspects of your life. The more you bring your complete self to life itself, to events, to aspects of your life, be it work, career, marriage, studies and many other things, the greater will be the results. The easier it will be to remedy shortcomings. When “me, myself and I” are not on the same program, on the same page, then you need to work harder to overcome hurdles, to run the course, to create lasting relationships, to have a blissful marriage, in short, to achieve your goals. These notes are reminders for some and lessons for others, but the meaning lies in the action beyond this note. You may be at a low and feel that you need to be whole again. You may be on a good run, but you are coming short somewhere, somehow. You may consider yourself ultimately successful. Yet, everybody can get to a new level, higher level with the right program.
The eyes see and the heart reverberates with excitement. The mind is racing to construct a beautiful plan and model. Let not all this be scuppered by unnecessary lethargy because you lack any sort of physical fitness (if you have half a chance to be a tad fitter, then just do it already). Can we now develop and look at your plan together? Are you ready?
