Your procrastination is a good thing in that it gives you something to do tomorrow while freeing yourself up to have nothing to do today. Were it merely chores then, perhaps, we can turn a blind eye to your shenanigans and allow your tardiness to continue your procrastination. However, those nagging issues that turned into a raging war between you and your wife or you and a friend, needs attention and resolution. Procrastination ultimately is, most times, just a lack of foresight and a will to move forward.

Reconciliation is of the most beautiful acts as it restores some relative calm, a peace if you will. Such a time that love, once again, can be restored and, indeed, grow. That matters had reached a point where efforts for reconciliation become almost desperate to shore up a crumbling relationship, is reason enough that you need help. You have missed a step or two, likely out of your inability to resolve burning issues. No doubt, you were a contributor to a situation running out of control like fire spreading over the plains with dry vegetation because of the lack of rain. Read into that what you will, but certainly the plains of your relationship lacked attention and the high risk of destruction loomed large over it. The chances of success in saving your world are much greater when forces are joined, and energies aligned. But if only one of the pair, being alone in their attempt to salvage something of the relationship, it will be fighting like a simpleton with flailing arms to stop the barrage of strikes. Yet, a start must be made to resolve, restore, build and grow your relationship. For some, it may just be training to prepare for what might yet come, for others it will the final frontier. Seek the guidance, seek the help, open the doors to a better relationship by not procrastinating but being genuine and concerned about your relationship and the wellbeing of your spouse.

Take a moment to reflect. Not too long to cause further delay which smells like procrastination. Take the action, the appropriate action, build bonds ever so tightly, and let the heart beat with joy and love for your spouse. Put the smile back in the relationship, in the marriage and in the home.
